1. Profile Duration

• Your TopLawyersNow.com listing is active for one year from the date of purchase.

2. Membership Levels & Fees

We offer three membership tiers:

• Silver – Free (Basic listing)
• Gold – $199.00/year (Verified listing with increased visibility)
• Platinum – $349.00/year

Additional Enhancements (Platinum Members Only):

• Add an extra practice area – $50.00/year
• Add an extra city – $50.00/year

3. Payment Terms

• All fees are due at the time of registration.
• We accept credit cards and other authorized payment methods.

4. Membership Benefits

• Silver members have a basic listing on the platform.
• Gold & Platinum members receive a verified listing with increased visibility.

• Platinum members may secure a Top premium listing in various practice areas and cities.

5. Renewal Policy

• Your Gold or Platinum listing will automatically renew each year unless canceled.
• To cancel auto-renewal, you must notify us at least 60 days before your renewal date.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of your membership.

• If you downgrade to a lower membership level during the active yearly term of your membership, your current term remains active at the higher tier without refund until the end of the term. The downgraded level will begin at the next term.

7. Account Security & Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.
• Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

8. Updates & Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting.
